Terrible service delivered 1m when unpaid for 3?/m

I've emailed customer support, attempted to message via the shop app, the product is now listed as our of stock which explains a lot.

Advertised as a continuous roll, upon arrival it was simply 1m worth of material and messed up our timelines to get the job done.

Unreliable company that clearly won't take responsibility for their mistakes post sale!
