Worst company to deal with ever

Made payment for this product on the 21st of April and here I am on the 8th of May still waiting for it to be delivered. Apparently they lost my first order subsequently sent out another and surprise surprise that still hasn’t arrived. Then they have the audacity to send me an email asking me to review the products. Office communication is poor I’m constantly promised return calls and update yet it’s me that keeps having to chase. You’ve basically stolen £109 off of me 18 days ago and produced nothing. Awful awful service.
